Just like our Ground Pork, but with a special spice blend that echoes the traditional sausages known in Spanish as Chorizo and Portuguese as Chouriço. These pork sausages usually involve smoked pepper flakes, paprika, for spice and are sometimes smoked whole, sometimes needing to be cooked and other times fermented and cured. Our Ground Chorizo is raw and needs to be cooked, but adds a smoky spicy flavor that pays homage to the traditional recipe. This is a fun substitute for Ground Beef or Ground Pork in your favorite meals and is delicious on it’s own, in soups, alongside seafood–you’ll have to try it out to see what you can do!
