Korean Style Short Ribs


Beef short ribs are a cut of beef that comes from the chuck, plate, rib, or brisket section of a cow.  While they offer less meat than steak, they have more meat than other beef rib varieties. Their high fat content is perfect for slow cooking methods.   These flanken-style short ribs have a half-inch thick strip of meat that runs across four to five bones.
