The pork loin is a large roast cut from the muscle next to the backbone that spans from the shoulder to the hip. A larger roast that includes the same meat as the Pork Blade ChopPork Center-Cut Chop, and Pork Sirloin Chop, this cut is great if you love that porky flavor and want to make a large amount of food.

Tip: prepare as a whole roast or slice it into chops at your preferred thickness.
