Join Personal Chef Jordan Palmer of Twice Baked Provisions at 1Tribe Farm for a farmside cooking class. This session is part of the Pasta Series–this month we’ll be learning to Make Gnocchi! In this class, you’ll learn how to make this versatile potato-based pasta dough, how to hand-shape it, and how to cook it alongside two sauces to pair! This session, we’ll be making Pesto and Puttanesca sauces. At the end, all of our pastas will get combined, cooked together, and served for a delicious meal of our hard work. These classes are a fun mix of learning and socializing–bring friends, family, or a date for an educational & tasty outing where you’ll learn the basics of pasta making alongside some tips and tricks that will elevate your cooking!
