Join Personal Chef Jordan Palmer of Twice Baked Provisions at 1Tribe Farm for a farmside cooking class. This month we’ll be learning to Make Fettuccine! In this class, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough and use a pasta sheeter to roll it out, how to hand-cut pasta, and two sauces to go with–Bolognese and Mushroom Marsala. At the end, all of our pastas will get combined, cooked together, and served for a delicious meal of our hard work. These classes are a fun mix of learning and socializing–bring friends, family, or a date for an educational & tasty outing where you’ll learn the basics of pasta making alongside some tips and tricks that will elevate your cooking!
