This is our Ground Pork with some added Red Pepper, Sage, Black Pepper, and a little bit of Sugar–it’s perfect shaped into patties and logs or incorporated into your favorite breakfast dishes. Don’t let “breakfast” in the name hold you back from adding this to any dish you’d put Ground Beef or Ground Pork into; the spicing adds a depth of flavor to any dish!
